Silhouettes By Hand will be creating silhouettes for festival goers lucky enough to drop by to pick a free “Silhouettes Ticket” at ARTreach. Each ‘ticket’ will have a time, and each ticket holder will receive 1 silhouette created freehand with only scissors - in just moments.

The ARTreach Festival features free activities for all ages. Join us for musical performances, visual artist demonstrations, hands-on arts activities, magicians and stilt walkers, caricaturists, a photo booth, food trucks, and more!

ARTreach is produced by the Howard County Arts Council, Office of County Executive Calvin Ball, and Howard County, Maryland.
