You’ll love these custom silhouette portraits from a master of silhouette portraiture. Your personal, custom digital silhouettes will look like they are cut from traditional matte-black paper; however it will not come by any postal service: your silhouette will be emailed directly to you.
Portraits cut by hand:
Portraits will be cut in the traditional way - freehand with only scissors - and contain the quirky, comforting, and quaint features of historical style silhouettes. Your traditionally-cut portraits will be be converted into a digital format after cutting.
Printing, Design, or social media uses
The possibilities are endless how you can use a digital silhouette! Use it for social media, for logos, for designs on books, mugs, embroidery, and more.

What you’ll receive
After you submit your order and photo(s) and your order is cut, you’ll get a digital silhouette only (no shipping fees or shipping delays!) —— and you’ll even receive my suggestion where to design your own tea towels, pillows, and other printed goods using your silhouette!

Your image will be high-resolution PNG or SVG images, perfect for all types of art projects or printing.

Send at least 2 (two) photos per person: clear, in-focus, profile (side-view) photos by email. See images below image for hints: the half-length and the Full length photos are enclosed below
Profiles facing right are preferred.
Send additional photos if possible. The more photos, the better chance to get a correct image.
Photos should be ‘waist’ to ‘top of head’ – your photos should not cut off top of the head or back of head.
No smile if possible: straight face with closed lips.
Try to show a neutral background, preferably in a contrast to the hair.
Tip for a great portrait: if you are a woman or a girl, put your hair up or back. Ponytails, buns, or braids look exceptional in silhouettes; long, loose hair does not look as classically beautiful as these styles.
